Every Lucky Spur Nails set is handmade and packaged with care before it makes its way to you. Because each set is made by hand, please allow the listed processing time before your order ships.
Processing time
Your order will be handmade and prepared for shipment within 1-3 business days. Processing time begins after your order is placed.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Delivery times depend on the shipping carrier and destination.

Tracking information may take a little time to update after your package is accepted by the carrier. If your tracking hasn't updated immediately, give it a little time before reaching out.
ON THE WAY
Once your package is handed over to the carrier, shipping delays are outside of Lucky Spur Nails' control. Weather, holidays, carrier delays, incorrect addresses, and other unexpected issues can affect delivery times.
If your tracking shows that your package has been delivered but you can't find it, please check with your household, neighbors, and the carrier before reaching out.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. If you notice an incorrect address after ordering, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, we're unable to change the delivery address.
