Because every Lucky Spur Nails set is handmade and prepared specifically for each order, please take a moment to read through our policies before purchasing.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
All sales are final. Lucky Spur Nails does not accept returns or exchanges.
Due to the handmade and hygienic nature of press on nails, all sets are final. Returns, exchanges, and cancellations are not accepted.
SIZING IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY
Choosing the correct size is the customers responsibility.
We strongly recommend measuring your nails carefully before ordering. If you're unsure of your size, check out our Sizing Guide or purchase a sizing kit before ordering your full set.
We are not responsible for sets that do not fit because the wrong size was selected.
handmade variations
Every set is handmade, so no two nails will be perfectly identical.
There may be slight variations in:
- Color
- Placement of designs
- Shape
- Small details
- Finish
These little differences are part of what makes handmade nails unique and are not considered defects.
DAMAGED ORDERS
Please inspect your order when it arrives.
If your package arrives damaged or there is an issue with your order, please contact us as soon as possible with photos of the package and the nails so we can take a look and determine the best way to help.
Please contact us before discarding any damaged packaging or products.
lost or delayed packages
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Lucky Spur Nails is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or carrier related issues.
if your tracking information shows that your package was delivered buy you cannot locate it, please contact the shipping carrier and check with your household and neigbors.
CUSTOM ORDERS
Custom orders are made specifically around your request, so they are also final sale and cannon be returned or exchanged.
Before purchasing a custom set, we'll review your request and go over the design and pricing with you so you know what you're ordering before you pay.
Lucky Spur Nails reserves the right to decline a custom order request if the design is outside of our style, current skill set, or isn't something we're able to create.
ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
If you need to make a change to your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Because orders may begin being prepared shortly after purchase, we cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations will be possible once your order has entered production.
